We offer our Full Spectrum PurCBD+ in three different concentration sizes, and our CBD oil dosage calculator will help point you in the right direction. If you’re looking for just a bit of CBD go for a smaller size.
But a majority of people don’t mind this at all and many find 15 mg and 30 mg perfect amounts for both mild and severe chronic conditions, respectively. In fact, this is why you see most CBD capsules on the market contain 15 mg a piece.
If you need to take a lot, grab a more concentrated version so you’re not consuming a lot of oil. Here is a chart to see how CBD is in each version.

Does dosing change when using different versions of CBD?
Isolate provides you with two ways to avoid this:
Yes, and no. The amount of CBD you find works best for you will likely not change when jumping between tinctures, capsules, or edibles.
If you hate the taste of oils, capsules offer a great way for you to still enjoy CBD. Their biggest pro is they are flavorless and easy to take. A disadvantage is capsules will offer a one-size-fits-all dose at 15 mg per capsules.
For best results, we suggest taking after a meal. When nutrients are present, our body can more readily absorb additional compounds like vitamins, supplements, or medications. Think about it this way: the body can absorb the CBD oil better when it isn’t hungry for other nutrients. Like your breakfast.

1000mg concentration: Take .25ml (i.e. a quarter dropper) for 8mg of hemp CBD oil. If you have tried CBD a few times and are looking for something that’s a little stronger, we would recommend trying the 1000mg. Routine is crucial to understanding how your body responds to CBD oil. Most people take their dosage in a single serving, but you could try splitting your dosage into two or more servings throughout the day. Finding what’s right for you requires experimentation – CBD doesn’t behave the same for everyone. But once you do find what works for you, repeat that every day to develop a consistent routine that your body can rely on. One thing our bodies do agree on: they thrive on regularity.
Am I feeling immediate effects from taking CBD? CBD works differently for everyone. For some, they will immediately get their desired effect when taking CBD. For others, it takes time for the CBD to accumulate in their systems to feel the impacts.
We recommend allowing it to sit under your tongue for 30 seconds, then use your tongue to distribute the remaining oil to your inner cheeks. This method allows for maximum absorption and helps the supplement enter your bloodstream more instantaneously.
